The Challenge
Digital marketing education is already a highly saturated market. Users can find hundreds of courses from established platforms such as Coursera, Udemy and other major education brands — often at a fraction of the price.
Our client wanted to sell a premium digital marketing program priced at ₹1 lakh. The challenge was simple: Why would someone pay ₹1 lakh when they can learn digital marketing for a few thousand rupees? We had to build the answer into the product, positioning, messaging and funnel.
The Result
The biggest proof came in the first month. Despite operating in one of the most competitive education categories, the funnel started generating serious buying intent immediately.
The Strategy & Outcome
Instead of competing on price, we competed on positioning, depth, perceived value and transformation. We rebuilt the offer around the principles used by leading marketers (like Alex Hormozi and Seth Godin).
The funnel proved that a premium digital marketing program can compete in a low-cost, highly saturated market when the offer, positioning and acquisition system are built correctly.
